Administers full-spectrum background screening process.
Administer onboarding process.
Pull, analyze, and resolve discrepancies within the New Hire Report multiple times per week Audit PTO benefit plan assignments once a week, directing 3rd party PEO to make corrections as appropriate Create and maintain up-to-date reference guides and documents on internal website for all related function areas Partner with HR team members at all levels to support and improve effectiveness of HR functions (APA, Handbook updates, intranet document maintenance, etc.
) Maintain up-to-date understanding of relevant topics, laws, and regulations The ideal applicant will have:
Combination of relevant education and work experience may be considered:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative HR position Knowledge and understanding of HIPAA guidelines, recruiting and onboarding-related legal regulations and requirements Intermediate-level Excel, Word, and Internet proficiency Equal Employment Opportunity.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
