Provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's HR operations.
The Vice President is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals and evaluating and securing all employee benefit programs.
Vice President will also oversee and ensure that the HRIS system and all related technology operate smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

A little about the role (Full JD will be supplied with application):
Collaborates with executive leadership to define the Human Resource long-term mission and goals.
Creates and manages policies and procedures.
Determines the best systems to help automate HR functions and gain insightful metrics.
Primary point of contact/management for company HRIS.
Identifies key performance indicators for the company's human resource and talent management functions.
Negotiates pricing and structure of employees benefit plans with vendors.
Provides analytical feedback based upon specific metrics to justify costs of and changes to employee benefit plans.
Collaborate with department leaders to guide HR best practices including resolution of escalated; assists with resolution of human resource issues, compensation, and benefits questions, concerns, and issues.
Provides guidance and leadership to the Human Resource management team.
Coordinates interdepartmental initiatives between HR, Recruiting and Team Relations.
Manages research, development, and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
Drafts and implements the organization's staffing budget, and the budget for the human resource department.
Ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.

Responsibilities:
Hire, direct activities, set expectations, evaluate, and provide performance-related feedback for HR Director, HR Manager and Payroll Manager and other Personnel and Human Resource Directors and Managers as needed.
Some of what we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred) 15
years' experience in an HR position, including at least 7 years at the management level.

years in benefits package design.
High level HRIS System management & development.
SPHR or PHR Certification preferred.
Expert-level written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
Expert-level analytical skills.
Intermediate-level systems proficiency, actively demonstrating how to learn, understand, and use new systems quickly and effectively (i.
e:
HRIS, LMS, ATS, etc.
) Expert-level technical HR proficiency, demonstrating a deep understanding of; > Legal compliance and the resulting intersection with employment practices (i.
e:
federal and state-specific employment laws and regulations, related compliance requirements, common and significant areas of legal exposure) > Employee relations, compensation, performance management, leave administration Expert-level analytical and resource-management skills, actively demonstrating how to:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
