The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Administrator is an experienced, skilled systems administrator who manages, leads, and defines HRIS implementation, configuration, security, reporting, and data management, in support of HR and Payroll activities.
Additionally, they will support and maintain the organization's HRIS applications and modules.
HRIS Administrator/Analyst -
Responsibilities:
Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users Collaborates with other analysts and HRIS staff to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation Provides user training and hands-on support Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements Reconciles payroll with Yardi system to ensure accurate financial reporting Audits ancillary benefit programs to ensure accurate data is being transmitted for payroll processing Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports Develop, analyze, and manage financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement HRIS Administrator/Analyst - Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, or related field (equivalent combinations of experience
education may be considered) At least 5 years of related experience required; experience with UKG a plus Leverage Microsoft Excel
Word, databases, and the internet effectively; expert level Excel user, required Learn, understand, and use new systems quickly and effectively (i.

HRIS, LMS, ATS, etc.
) Expert level regarding payroll best practices and payroll tax law Expert level written, verbal, and in-person communication with all levels of Monarch's organization Understand, evaluate, and gain new insights from data analysis and reporting Analyze information, build, and implement responsive action items and solutions Stay organized, precise, and accurate despite a high volume of assignments, emails, and distractions Prioritize and adapt rapidly to changes in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment, ensuring smooth workflow despite interruptions, changes, and delays The ability to reconcile and audit large data sets Determine trends and gaps and implement process improvement procedures HRIS Administrator/Analyst -

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
