This is an in-office role, requiring the employee to be in the Franktown (between Castle Rock and Parker) office during working hours.
The Payroll Administrator is an experienced, skilled systems administrator who defines payroll processes, internal controls and implements appropriate process improvements.
Additionally, this position will be involved in HRIS implementation, configuration, security, reporting, and data management, in support of HR and Payroll activities.
Ongoingly, they will support and maintain the organization's HRIS applications and modules.

Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the HR director and other company leaders Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users Collaborates with other analysts and HRIS staff to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation Provides user training and hands-on support Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements Requirements - Payroll Administrator:
Research and resolve complex payroll and timekeeping issues.
Provide payroll/timekeeping system support including reporting, auditing, and testing Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the HR director and other company leaders Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users Reconciles payroll with Yardi system to ensure accurate financial reporting Audits ancillary benefit programs to ensure accurate data is being transmitted for payroll processing Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports Develop, analyze, and manage financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Design recurring reports to track and manage various implementations (new processes, vendors, systems, etc.
) Prepare and analyze files uploads for payroll related deductions Intermediate or above MS Suite knowledge (Advanced Excel preferred) Equal Opportunity Employer Applications are being accepted on an on-going basis.
