Job Requirements:
-Great Proven Customer Service skills in an office setting -Answering multi phone line system, and delegating outgoing calls to the correct person, making daily outgoing calls for quality control on the tree installations for the crews.
-Willing to learn about the nursery and landscape industry or have current experience in the nursery and landscape industry.
You will need to be able to answer customers questions for inbound phone calls.
-Need to be energetic and be able to work in a fast paced work environment -Need to be able to multi task in a fast paced environment -40-50 hours per week, overtime is available -One Weekend Day Required -Attention to detail is a must -Must be able to use Microsoft office, ie:
excel -Must be able to make copies and enter data into excel -Must be able to greet customers when they enter the office and connect the customer with the correct sales person.
-Must be able to write up an invoice and complete a transaction and go through watering instructions thoroughly with a customer.
